Old Town/Pleasant Grove Cemetery

The Pleasant Grove Cemetery was established in 1849 adjacent to the Pleasant Grove (United) Methodist Church. In 1921 the cemetery was deeded by the church to the Pleasant Grove Cemetery Association and subsequently was turned over to Old Town Township. The cemetery has three trustees appointed by the Old Town Township Board who oversee the management and maintenance of the cemetery.

The cemetery was expanded in 1997, doubling the size, and is an active cemetery, open to all denominations. Burial plots are available.
